We aim to dispatch all ready-to-ship orders within 1-2 working days. Post within Australia takes 2-5 business days and internationally takes up to a couple of weeks.

Our pieces from our new collection are made to order - please refer to the product page for the estimated production time and get in touch with us if you need it by a specific date.

All orders will come specially gift-wrapped and in beautiful packaging, free of charge. This will include the designer’s jewellery packaging and a Magpiette giftbox and tissue paper. We also include a handwritten giftcard - just leave your message in the comments box at checkout.

We love to work on custom and bespoke orders. We work mostly in gold (yellow, white, rose) and have a large range of precious gemstones for custom orders or can help you source the right stone. Please refer to our ring size chart page. We have a free ring sizer available for purchase on our website to help you find your ring size. 

For our curated collections, we don’t carry stock of all ring sizes, so if you need a different size, please drop us an email and we’ll arrange to get one custom made for you.

We are primarily an online store: you can shop with peace of mind knowing we do exchanges and refunds. We are more than happy to share videos of pieces that you are interested in, to help you decide.

We now also have a small studio workshop in Erskineville, Sydney, where we make your jewellery. If you'd like to come in to discuss a bespoke order or view any of our Presence collection or one-of-a-kind pieces in person, we would be delighted to welcome you for a visit (by appointment only). All our products are made by us or a range of very talented, independent jewellery designers (each product lists the name of the designer who made it). You can find out more about who makes each piece in our Designer Directory.

Magpiette's own line of jewellery is made from solid 9ct gold, as well as 14ct and 18ct one-of-a-kind pieces. 

In our curated collections, at a minimum, every item is made from sterling silver, gold-plated sterling silver or solid 9ct gold. These precious metals won’t turn your skin green or cause irritation like cheaper base metals.
