 HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO COME?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Post within Australia takes 2-5 business days and internationally takes up to a couple of weeks.

CAN I GET MY ORDER GIFTWRAPPED?

All orders will come specially gift-wrapped and in beautiful packaging, free of charge. This will include the designer’s jewellery packaging and a Magpiette giftbox and tissue paper. We also include a handwritten giftcard - just leave your message in the comments box at checkout.

DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?

Most of the items on Magpiette are ready to ship. We don’t make custom orders ourselves, however most of the designers we work with do! You can contact them directly if you find an item you want customised or a designer whose style you like, by going to their website.

WHAT'S MY RING SIZE?

Please refer to our ring size chart page. We don’t carry stock of all ring sizes, so if you need a different size, please drop us an email and we’ll arrange to get one custom made for you.

DO YOU HAVE A STORE I CAN VISIT?

At the moment, we don’t have a physical store. However, you can shop online with peace of mind knowing we do exchanges and refunds.

WHO MAKES YOUR PRODUCTS?

All our products are made by a range of very talented, independent jewellery designers. You can find out more about who makes each piece in our Designer Directory.

WHAT MATERIALS ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE FROM?

At a minimum, every item on Magpiette is made from sterling silver, gold-plated sterling silver, solid 9ct gold or brass. These precious metals won’t turn your skin green or cause irritation like cheaper base metals.
